'The One That Finally Worked!'
I’m sure my story is like that of a lot of women – never happy with a waistline that had expanded too far beyond my college glory years, for the past decade I have been yo-yoing up and down as I try and abandon various programs to control my weight. Let me tell you, there isn’t a diet, or a fitness routine, or a get-thin-quick scheme out there I haven’t tried... and there’s even a few I’ve tried more than once!
Diets were just a terrible, frustrating grind. How many days could I starve myself, or how long could I force myself to eat the same boring, unappetizing foods? The answer was always 'Not long enough to make a real difference.' And of course, once I was off the diet, the pounds came right back on with a vengeance.
Fitness and exercise routines were always driving me crazy with the amount of time and commitment necessary (there just aren’t enough hours in the day), or I’d just hit a wall at a certain point, and making any progress beyond that just seemed impossible. And those wacky fitness machines you see on TV infomercials? I’ve got a garage full of them, just gathering dust...
I had just about given up, and was resigned to the fact that I’d never again have the slim, sexy body of my youth when a friend recommended a new dietary supplement to me: Prescopodene. She had originally seen Prescopodene diet pills profiled on CNN, decided to try them herself, and was thrilled with the results – she had lost over thirty pounds in just two months! On her recommendation, I decided to give it one last try.
Summer was about two months away, so I decided to embark on a seven-week program to see if I could whip myself into shape for the pool and beach season. Week 2
Two birthday parties at the office this week, and I stayed away from the cake both times. Prescopodene is really helping me curb the temptations that used to lead to overeating.
I also got one of those Tanita scales that lets you measure your percentage of body fat, and so far I’m down almost two percent! I don’t want to jinx myself, but the Prescopodene is really working!!!
Beginning Weight: 160lbs. Ending Weight: 156lbs. Total Loss: 6lbs.
Week 3
I surprised myself this week by going to the gym twice! Every other time I’ve been on a diet or taken some kind of supplement, I’ve suffered from a serious lack of energy, crabbiness from not being happy with my meal choices, and just a general lack of motivation. But the Prescopodene has me in fighting trim! The workouts weren’t long, under an hour each time, but with the amount of extra energy I had and the newfound go-getter attitude, I got a lot more accomplished and made the most of my limited time.
But the week ending weigh-in was a shocker – I LOST SIX POUNDS!!! In all my years of dieting and exercise, I’ve never seen a result like that in a single week. Now that I’m going to have the energy and a positive frame of mind, I plan on going to the gym twice a week from now on...
Beginning Weight: 156lbs. Ending Weight: 150lbs. Total Loss: 12lbs.
Week 4
I’m really noticing a positive difference in my mood. Usually when I’m on one of these weight-loss programs, I’m down in the dumps: either struggling with food deprivation, or exercise-induced fatigue. But the Prescopodene is really keeping me positive and energetic – I can’t tell you what a helpful difference that makes.
The Tanita scale says my body fat is down over three percent!
Beginning Weight: 150lbs. Ending Weight: 145lbs. Total Loss: 17lbs.
Week 5
I couldn’t make it to the gym this week – my husband was out of town and it was just me responsible for the kids, getting them to and from school, practice, recitals, etc. Very hectic!!! Despite all the running around, I never felt rundown or frazzled.
The tight schedule also had us eating fast food three nights that week, and I was really worried that all my hard work was going to come undone. But I just kept taking the Prescopodene and, lo and behold, it wasn’t my best week, but I was still shedding pounds. With four more pounds lost, I had already surpassed my goal after only five weeks! With results like that, I was even more fired up to stick it out the entire seven weeks and see how far this Prescopodene could really take me.

Week 6
Six weeks might be a new record for me on a weight-loss program, but I’m not through yet and still have tons of energy and an endless desire to see this through. Summer is just around the corner, and I feel better and look sexier than I have in years. I’m down twenty-six pounds already, and I’m excited to see where it will end!

Week 7 – Last Week!!!
What a week! Sticking with the Prescopodene (and a little hard work) has really paid off beyond just the numbers on the scale. The kids went to a swim party at a friend’s house and, since I was helping chaperone, I wore my bathing suit. Another mom who I hadn’t seen in a while pulled me aside and demanded to know what kind of diet I was on to have lost so much weight. Taking a closer look at myself in the bathing suit, I could see a HUGE reduction in the amount of cellulite in my ‘trouble areas’. I let my friend in on my little ‘secret’ (not that Prescopodene will be a secret much longer!), and she said she’ll be ordering some immediately.
After my end of the week weigh-in, seeing the results, I did a little happy dance! On the Tanita scale, the final result was a decrease in body fat of five percent. Look out summer, here I come!!!

So as you can imagine, I’m through the roof happy with the results of taking the Prescopodene diet pills. I feel like I’m me again, the happy, sexy, active and fun-loving me from my college days. Now that I’m looking good again, my self-esteem has never been better, and my friends and family have noticed that I am more energetic and positive. My plans for next weekend? I’m thinking of a garage sale – I’ve got some dusty, old fitness machines I won’t be needing anymore, along with a closet full of clothes that are just too big!!! :)
